Hello! My name is Jill Friedman, and I am the founder of JGF Accounting. With over 15 years of experience in the accounting industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my clients. After passing the CPA exam, I began my career in public accounting, where I honed my skills. I then transitioned into various roles in entrepreneurial companies, from Financial Reporting Manager to Controller. Over the years, I have worked with diverse finance and accounting teams at manufacturing companies, service firms, family offices, and nonprofit organizations.

 

In 2019, I founded JGF Accounting while balancing life with two young children. Since then, my practice has grown alongside my family. I am proud to provide personalized and accurate outsourced accounting services to entrepreneurial businesses across the United States. My clients come from various industries, including law firms, solar energy, event management, distribution, and service companies.

 

At JGF Accounting, my commitment is to provide up-to-date and accurate accounting records, allowing my clients to focus on what they do best – running their businesses. I strive to demystify accounting concepts by explaining them in a clear, understandable manner, making the financial side of your business less intimidating and more manageable. 

 

Beyond my professional pursuits, I am grateful to enjoy a fulfilling home life in the northern suburbs of Chicago with my husband and our three wonderful children. When I’m not working on your books, you can find me playing outside with my kids, baking muffins or cookies, or spending time with friends.
